Leslie Alexander, who owns NBA team the Houston Rockets and boasts a $1.9 billion net worth, has listed his fancy New York City apartment located at the Baccarat Hotel & Residences for $21.5 million.
Located on the 44th floor of the building, this sprawling 4,557-square-foot condo has four bedrooms each equipped with ensuite bathrooms and features 11-foot ceilings, oak flooring, Miele and Sub Zero appliances, granite countertops and white marble slab baths, all complemented by panoramic views of the One World Trade Center, Empire State Building and other landmarks. The sleek interiors have been envisioned by AD100 designer Tony Ingrao.
Alexander acquired this property less than two years ago for $20.6 million, and it's far from being the only home he owns. His real estate portfolio also includes a $47.5 million penthouse in NYC's Gramercy Park which he's been trying to sell since 2015, but has taken off the market in January after failing to find a buyer.
