Coming soon at World Disney World in Orlando, Florida, is not a new ride or Disney experience, but rather a Four Seasons-branded exclusive community within the Golden Oak development.
Spanning approximately 20 acres within Golden Oak, the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a project by Golden Oak Development, will exist as 30 whole-ownership, single-family homes on half-acre lots. Owners will be able to live in one of three different styles of locations: Starview (encircled by hedges near the water or golf course), Edgewood (near a wooded preserve) or Gardenside (an area with gardens and courtyards). The Venetian, Italianate and Spanish-style residences will range from around 6,000 to over 10,000 square feet and have six to eight bedrooms.
Within the resort there will also be tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a 24-hour fitness center, along with six restaurants ranging from a steakhouse to a poolside dining space. After spending an exciting day at the Disney World theme park, homeowners can head back to their serenade homes that will be priced at a starting point of $5 million.
