Introducing the 2017 Continental Supersports, the Most Powerful Bentley

The new model just might earn the automaker a spot in the history books. The 700-hosepower, twin-turbocharged engine produces an awe-inspiring performance of 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. This makes it the fastest four-seater ever produced.
There are two versions: coupe and soft-top convertible. The convertible trails only slightly behind the coupe, at 3.7 second from 0-60, and a maximum speed of 205 mph instead of 209. Among the many upgrades to this model is a revolutionary torque converter that lends 750 pound feet of torque. The vehicle is also fitted with ceramic brakes and a redesigned exhaust system that enhances the sound of the engine. Saving 20 kg thanks to lightweight alloy wheels, and 5 kg with an optional titanium exhaust, the latest rendition of the Supersports is the lightest version of the Continental GT.
The interior of the car is also stunning. Designers selected a tri-color theme with quilted diamond patterns on the seats. For ultimate comfort the convertible also features a neck warmer on the seats, allowing drivers to enjoy cooler days with the top down. The car will make an appearance at this year’s Detroit auto show, which begins on January 9.
